About Dr. Browning

Dr. Thomas Browning is a board-certified ophthalmologist providing comprehensive medical and surgical eye care at our Harriman, Lenoir City, Morristown and Powell locations. He specializes in cataract surgery and the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of eye conditions.

Dr. Browning earned his medical degree from East Tennessee State University Quillen College of Medicine and completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. His extensive training has prepared him to handle complex eye conditions and provide excellent surgical outcomes.

Dr. Browning is committed to providing personalized, compassionate care to each of his patients. He believes in taking the time to listen to patients' concerns and thoroughly explain all treatment options so they can make informed decisions about their eye health.

As a longtime resident of East Tennessee, Dr. Browning is proud to serve the Morristown community and surrounding areas. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
