No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Using this website does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Tennessee Eye Care or any of our providers. That relationship begins only when you are seen and accepted as a patient at one of our clinics.
Requesting an appointment or referring a patient does not by itself establish care, and does not guarantee that an appointment will be scheduled.
Communications Through This Site
Our contact and referral forms are not secure channels and should not be used to transmit protected health information. Please share only what is needed to make contact — a name, a phone number, and a general reason for reaching out.
Clinical records, chart notes, imaging, and other protected health information should be sent by secure fax to (865) 882-0111, or discussed by phone at (800) 500-4667.
We aim to respond to enquiries promptly during business hours, but we cannot guarantee a response time and do not monitor form submissions outside those hours.
Accuracy of Information
We work to keep the information on this site current and accurate, including provider details, locations, hours, and the services offered at each clinic. Even so, information may become out of date, and details such as clinic hours or the doctors practising at a given office can change.
Please call us to confirm anything you intend to rely on, particularly clinic days at our smaller offices and whether a specific service is available at a specific location.
Appointments and Availability
Any appointment request made through this website, including through our online booking, is a request rather than a confirmed booking until our office confirms it with you. Availability shown by third-party booking tools may not reflect real-time scheduling in every case.
